Join me for deep relaxation and restoration over bolsters and blankets, inviting us to linger in the poses to strengthen our bones and nurture our spine and organs.  We will focus on awakening to our feelings and emotions and their effect on our body and mind.
 
We will finish the class with Yoga Nidra with crystal singing bowls, a transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that releases negative emotions and thought patterns, calms the nervous system, develops a deep capacity to meet any and all circumstances you may encounter in life.  Give yourself the gift of self-nurturance this season.  Come lie down, breath, receive and take a pause from the holiday madness.
