Join me for deep relaxation over bolsters and blankets. We will focus on breath and energy. The restorative yoga practice will help bring ease to the body, clarity to the mind, and nurture the spirit.
We will finish the class with Yoga Nidra, a researched-based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that releases negative emotions and thought patterns, calms the nervous system, develops a deep capacity to meet any and all circumstances you may encounter in life. Come lie down, breath, receive and relieve yourself of all that is no longer serving you.
