Come join me to usher in the fall equinox, my favorite season to celebrate with a sense of nature’s renewal.  Experience deeper levels of inner gratitude for the gifts in your life.   A special time to give yourself permission to rest, rebalance, restore, and touch into renewed sources of well-being.  You will be invited to lie down and linger in poses that strengthen our bones and nurture our spine and organs.

We will end with Yoga Nidra accompanied by singing crystal bowls.  You will be transported into deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that releases negative emotions and thought patterns, calms the nervous system, develops a deep capacity to meet any and all circumstances in life.  Nothing is required but to lie down and listen.
