Somatic Yoga Therapy is

mindfulness, and personalized practice. I will support you to become aware of
experiences that have become embedded in the tissues of your body and to recognize
and release the mental and emotional habits that may be blocking the flow of
your vitality. Implementing the ancient and sophisticated tools of
yoga that focus on health and wellness on every level: physical, energetic,
mental, emotional and spiritual. Somatic Yoga Therapy is a multi-layered
healing journey that brings balance to the body and mind through the use of
yoga postures, breath work, hand mudras, meditation practices including
visualization, guided self-reflection and lifestyle awareness.
